About Us:

Anne Young started Amarie Designs Inc. back in 1988 with the dream of designing beautiful homes in North Texas. Hill Country Modern, Tudor, Craftsmen, Modern Contemporary, she’s done it all. Her abilities, unique designs and knowledge of residential architecture have kept Amarie Designs Inc. in business for over three decades. From University Park all the way to the City of Mount Vernon, Anne has always been able to create a client’s dream home from scratch.

Vance Young, her son, began working in the family business back in 2017. Along with assisting Anne in finalizing drawings, he helps in the remodeling process by drawing as-builts which provides clients a better understanding of their homes and future projects.

Here at Amarie Designs Inc., we take pride in being able to give our clients exactly what they want at an affordable cost.

Design Process

  • Consultation

    During our first meeting we will discuss your style, needs and wants. You can provide pictures and drawings of floorplans and elevations you like.

  • Preliminary Plans

    We will then develop floorplan and elevation options for you to look over.

  • Meet with Builder

    Then we will meet with you and the builder to review prelims and discuss any changes to the plans. We are able to refer builders if you do not have one.

  • Finalize Drawings

    After making any changes to the plans, with your approval, we will finalize the project. Providing you and your builder with a “Builder Set” of PDF & DWG plans.
